First there was an HR interview, which was very friendly, just getting to know each other. Second stage was interview with the manager, which was general with some basic technical questions. Third stage was a technical task followed by a technical discussion with an interview. Finally, an interview with another lead to discuss cross-functional collaboration. Generally, a very thorough, but friendly process.
