The interview process was basic enough, tho, they were interviewing dozens of people in the same day, so much so that they didn't even care if you were there or not. The questions were pretty much what'd you'd expect in an interview. Then, they presented the job description with salary and hours (those were blatant lies, but since there isn't a contract, you can't do much about it).
After the initial interview and the job offer, they would send you the script in English and French for you to memorize (the French was crippled with mistakes). However, it's so long that once you get on the boat, you quickly realize you have to cut 90% of it on the fly. They would schedule people to practice together to read the script and ask questions.
All in all, it took months before finally getting on the boat, and once there, you realize that the job is not what was described and they lied on the description.
