One super day for interviews - I liked it better this way but can be stressful at the same time. A lot of behavioral questions to test your personality.. Offer letters come within a week or two.
Not too bad it is a 3 part interview. First one is a phone call and second and third are in person interviews. For BDR they focus heavily on customer success
