Received a call from a recruiter, then scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager, another phone interview with a Sales Consultant, then a face to face interview with the hiring manager, then a face to face with the hiring managers manager.
Be prepared to talk numbers: Base, OTE, Quota Attainment, Earnings history, etc

They really look for people who are self-starters and can navigate an organization of this size for resources with little direction. It's important to be able to work well with others in a competitively collaborative environment.
