A few several rounds of interviews and a project was requested. I believe my project was very strong. I did asked for more money than they had budgeted, so maybe they ended up hiring somebody that was more inline with their salary... It worked for me cause I ended getting another job that paid $50k more.

Interview
The interview process was an application, followed by the submission of two short videos, then a virtual interview. The virtual interview was with the CEO and one other person. It lasted an hour. I was offered the interview as a result of the video. One video you talked about yourself. The other video you did a teaching demo.

The interview process was very lovely. I received an email from the coaching manager and set up an interview with him and the COO. They were very kind and asked great questions.
