Friendly and very thorough interview process. But if you mess up once it really counts even if you recover. They also try to stress you out a bit during the fit interview. But don't panic.
First behavioral interview super annoying that it is 3 at once. Typical tell me about yourself and why oliver wyman. The interviewer seemed like already made up the decision and it was very uncomfortable to undergo the interview.
Did not recieve a callback.
There was an online assessment which tested mostly mental math and reading graphs. Then, there was a 30 minute case interview and a 30 minute behavioral. Fairly straightforward and standard, with the case being easier than average.
