Straightforward interview process, basic preparation should be apt (company info, few campaigns etc)
Your manager would ideally let you know if there is specific preparation required for a technical role. Creative roles are mostly dependant upon candidate personality, potential and what you may bring to the table

Great, they did ask me a few critical thinking questions. I had to pause and think for a while. Location of office is at cbd which is convenient, office has pantry and everyone seems rly friendly

Interview
A typical first-round interview where they ask you questions about how you can fit into the role. One of my biggest struggles was the time 30-minute limit and the interviewer taking most of the time.
HR calls you first to ask you about general questions (e.g., explain your experience, why you want to join the company, etc). It is then followed by an opportunity to speak with the team you applied for who ask you more role-specific questions.
