5.2 was very stressful and frustrating, which can make you perform well below what you can do on average: if you are not used to keyboard layout you are lost: no shorcuts, no quick navigation, nothing. Arrow keys one by one.
If they are checking performance under stress, that's their decision and it's fine. If they are checking your actual capacities in friendly environment, this is the worst way of doing it.
