Le 1er entretien avec un chef de projet à Vannes était sympa. Il souhaitait me connaître en tant que candidat et présenter ce que fait l'entreprise en résumé. Ensuite, un 2ème entretien avec le PDG. 🤦 Il parlait vraiment beaucoup et n'était pas vraiment intéressé par qui j'étais ou si j'allais être un bon candidat pour l'organisation. Ses réponses à mes questions étaient assez vagues mais prometteuses. J'ai eu l'offre, mais pour être honnête, j'accepte parce que : 1) de l'énergie reçue lors de mon premier entretien avec le chef de projet, en espérant que l'entreprise tienne sa parole et que ce ne sont pas toutes des promesses vaines. 2) c'est dans un secteur qui m'intéresse 3) Cela semble être la meilleure des 2 offres que j'ai reçues étant donné qu'il y a une crise de covid-19 et que je dois entrer sur le marché du travail

The Interview of 20 minute with general Manager who was at that time trying to establish the new office in Montreal .He explained all the activities of company but the job post was some how uncertain and not well-defined. Interview how ever was well organized and the General manager was the decision maker. How ever it takes two weeks for the second Interview. Next Interview was skype interview with owner in France and He spend 30 minutes on the details of my experiences in my previous jobs. The second Interview was relatively easier and less of description for the job and Company . All in all it was related to my background unless other wise the explanation of the job was really vague and unclear.
