1st interview is with the Regional Managers, if they think you are a fit, you will then have to take a TAG assessment. After they review your TAG and still think you're a good fit then they will have a second interview and it is with the Regionals and Sales Manager.

Although it was by far the longest interview I've ever had (6 hours) and probably the most thorough (4 interviews, lunch, 2 tests, three drug screenings), I thought the entire experience was positive. By the time you're done, you certainly feel like you have connected with several members of management.
