A fraudulent, unserious company that serves to waste your time and collect personal information rather than place highly qualified candidates in jobs that may or may not exist. I was contacted months ago by someone posing as a recruiter, who then continued to email, call, and even text at an alarming rate, bordering on harassment. After signing their standard "right to represent" documentation, I eventually spoke with another person who assured me I was a top candidate and then asked my availability to speak with the hiring manager. After several weeks of being ignored and pushed aside, I finally learned the job no longer exists. The interview process was simple if a bit frustrating due to the lack of information, as no one at Norwin Technologies seems to have a grasp on the roles they are looking to fill or even the qualifications necessary to find success in these jobs.
