3 interviews with the managers/HR and they just talk about the company and your resume. They ask you to take a personality quiz and discuss the results of the interview. They tell you about the internship and make you fill out these apps by talking to your friends and family

They were very quick to want to talk to me, having two virtual interviews and a speedy process. They were more focused on the connections that I had than the experience that I would gain over the summer.

Behavioral process very straightforward. Sales and people person focused. They walk you through the entire company. It’s a numbers game bringing in reps due to the natural attrition of the job.

Interview
There are 2-3 different interviews. The first one being over the phone with one of their recruiters. If they like you from that one then you will meet with the head recruiter. The second interview is more about you asking questions, so come prepared!
