The interviewer will attempt to get an idea of your work ethic, your availability, and your social skills. Overall, normally a pretty quick and inviting conversation
You work a preview shift for 4 hours to decide if you are a good fit. You will mainly spend your time out in the dining area bussing tables and ensuring the guests are satisfied.
