Two nurses interviewed me. They were not particularly nice or personable. Had no emotion. Asked basic questions about conflict and teamwork. Asked about experience and what you are looking for in a job. The interview was fine, but nothing special. Don’t worry too much about it. There is a test that they make you take to test skills. Would not suggest Northside as an employer as they never gave a decision and completely ignored me when I reached out. Completely unprofessional.
