I have worked at 4 hospital systems and Northside was by far the best hiring experience. The "Talent Acquisitions Representative" contacted me shortly after applying on line. We discussed salary prior to the interview. In my experience this is unusual but well appreciated.

Question 1
The interview was a conversation rather than questions. it was very casual.
Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Interview
Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.

Give an example of a difficult situation you faced at work and how you handled it.
Easy. Quick process. Quick hire. No issues pretty self explanatory and straight forward process. I didn’t have any issues with communication with the hiring manager like I’ve had in the past. Was able to tour the unit and see how things work
