It was a job fair; and it took about 20 minutes or less. They asked basic questions like: when was a time that you dealt with a angry customer and what did you do/how did you resolve it.

It was very ordinary questions, nothing unexpected. They wanted to hear about my prior experience, how I felt about working independently and my work ethic. I did receive a job offer at the interview, but I really loved everything about Nordstrom. It was a great place to work.
Its a one-stage interview process. The recruiter will ask you a set of questions about your background, what you would do in a stressful situation, have you ever worked with people. So far interview lasted for about 15-20 minutes.
