The interview process consisted of several stages: an introductory interview, a panel interview, a take-home assignment, and finally, an HR interview.
Overall, all stages went smoothly. The panel interview was the most challenging part, as it involved a group of four interviewers who asked in-depth questions about my previous work, the projects I’ve completed, and the reasoning behind my technical decisions. They wanted detailed explanations of my approaches, solutions, and problem-solving methods, which required me to articulate not just what I did, but why I did it that way.
Despite its difficulty, the panel discussion was an engaging and insightful experience that allowed me to demonstrate both my technical expertise and communication skills.
