NoBroker Associate Program Manager interview questions

First is the resume shortlisting then hr contact me and had a call for 30min ig, she asked about my work and basic questions like why I am to join them, general hr questions, then one more person contact me asked similar questions and said I'll be contacted if I get shortlisted. Then next day I got a invitation mail for the Interview. The interviewer was late(almost an hour). Then it started with brief introduction and them work experience, them more about college and then he have me a situation and asked for my view on it.
