Initial process starts with mcq round (technical and aptitude) with an essay writting.Then technical interview and finally hr round.All are elimination round.First 2rounds are on same day. After 1-2 weeks hr round happened.

Question 1
Technical interview was all from the resume.Dig deep into every topices mentioned in resume especially the projects. Then as usual hr round along with some managerial questions.

Interview
The overall process was kind of ok. They first took an aptitude test, nearly 200-300 people gave the aptitude test, followed by a cakewalk programming problem. Then face to face technical round followed by HR round. I was eliminated in the technical round. I thought my interview was gone well, but anyway.
Nearly 1 month after I gave interview, they again posted a job vacancy for the same post (I haven't applied this time). I guess that's a lot of vacancy for a startup.
