Had multiple rounds of interviews. Each round they were looking for different skills- people, critical thinking, flexibility, team player, etc. Everyone is really accommodating and friendly. The recruiters are in touch with the day to day operations.
It was two interviews, they were very nice and asked questions you've heard before but made it seem like a normal conversation. It was a very nice experience. They were very accommodating and helpful along the way.

Question 1
Name a time that it was difficult to do your job? Or something along those lines
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Next Insurance (Austin, TX) in Sept 2021
Interview
Easy enough. Remote opportunity during the COVID pandemic. Two rounds with a lead, then a hiring manager. I was more knowledgeable than the lead who was interviewing me, so the interview wasn't challenging. I interviewed and got a call with an offer later that day.
