They want you in your home office to test the environment. The interview was polite and ougoingl Encouraging me to sell myself. Advised me they would follow up with me in a few days

Question 1
How are you motivated. I felt that questions were fair about the position and were direct to the point.
You setup the phone interview based on what they have available on certain days. Only the days and times with interviews open will be able to be selected. Once you're called you tell them about yourself and they'll see if you're a fit for one of the campaigns they have openings for. If you're a fit, you receive the paperwork by email and that begins the process. Very simple.

NexRep's introductory market place registration consists of several introductory videos. Followed by an online exam with multiple choice questions based on video-introduced scenarios. Then a basic computer skills quiz. Followed by scheduled brief telephone interview
