Usually when i come into a company for interview, I can see employee happiness but not in Newegg, very quiet company. Interviewed with three guys, like other said this company is very asian style of a companies ( which is power distance) the three guy interviewing me like questioning me and my profession. Keep on saying they don't get it. The two young interviewer keep on asking question like they doubt on my profession and experience, they end up ask me to proof my skill through forward them my conversation email That i sent to other buyer so they will know what I am capable of, that is when I know this company is not what i am pursuing for, I don't disclose my current company information to anyone, I love my current company but I have my reason that I have to leave only. I withdraw from this position after the interview, and will never apply from this company again.
