We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our firm. We would like to clarify a few things. First, it is a normal practice to schedule appointments via text and email nowadays most places that used to do everything over the phone are moving to alternative forms of technology it is the direction society is moving in and we are just staying up to date with the times we are sorry that that alarmed you as that was not our intent. Additionally, we have several Directors and our firm also has a focus on growth and development thus it is quite probable that an Assistant Director who is training to take on a Director role conducted your interview he or she's name may not have been in the email yet as they have not been fully promoted to Director but again growth and advancement are big focuses at our firm. We are sorry that this threw you off in you interview process and we will try to adjust this in our explanation of our interview processes. We wish you the best of luck on your search.
