First was the gd session followed by techinal interview and then the telephonic round.Selection is totally based upon your fluency and communication , interaction and speaking skills. Brush up your communication skills before applying for the process.

The process took three days. One of my friends referred me. There were two rounds in the process. The first round is technical, interviewed by the Team lead to check on my technical knowledge and the second round is the managerial round. Managerial round is a little bit tough. At last, HR gave me feedback about the interview.
