NetApp Senior Technical Writer interview questions

Phone interview with screener, followed two weeks later by half-hour phone interview with hiring manager. Two more weeks later, on-site interview with the hiring manager and 4 others at the work site. Hiring manager was not in the same city or state as the work site. The work site was a recent acquisition. The on-site interviews included a description of the product, and discussion of the underlying technology. An NDA was required before the on-site interviews. The hiring manager indicated a desire to make a decision in a week. After 2 weeks, I emailed to touch base. The next day, the recruiter responded to ask how I thought the interviews went. A week later, the interviewer informed me that none of the interviewed candidates were hired and they were starting the process over with new candidates. From application to the end of the process was 10 weeks.
