what are your strenght and weakness and what the solution?
Quick about 40 minutes ( Initial interview ) - make a presentation about yourself and your former experiences. And then answer the questions by the interviewer. It’s mainly focusing on the project that I have done at previous company.

A happy experience, meet many other excellent candidates. The atmosphere is good and makes you feel comfortable. The interview is not stressful for fresh graduates. Just a case solving for the interview, no other process.
