They asked to introduce myself after that describe about commissioning and startup activities, then they asked to yest my IQ.
After that they wanted to know about my educational knowledge.
And then they made some question about my previous jobs.
An exam at first, then the techbical interview mostly about thermodynamics, unit operarions and also fluid mechanics. After the final decision, the wanted a health check up and countinued the recruitment procedure.
