Applied for the position, called back in a day or two, DON was pleasant and professional. Received an offer at that time and began the background paperwork. Once the background was completed started hiring paperwork and orientation.
The interview lasted five minutes. They asked me if I have had previous healthcare experience and what I know about the organization. They gave me some information about the units and asked when I could start.

Interview
It was a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere during the interview. Common sense questions about nursing interventions and patient assessment. Knowing your nursing ADPIE and how to intervene in stressful situations it is very important for any nursing job interview.
