Short, disorganized, had to chase HR for follow-up to organize date/time of interview despite them reaching out first. HR didn't seem prepared during screener interview nor read my resume in advance, was actively reading it and making up questions on the fly during my interview. Interviewer seemed distracted. No follow-up from the screener either.
