Of course with any interview, speaking with HR manager is always good in the beginning. But, when I spoke to the Managers in the warehouse on Teams meeting, it really was not a good impression, he seemed to not care he very was nonchalant and unprofessional…they hardly asked me any questions about myself, my knowledge of Inventory and barely described what the job was going to be like. And with one question they asked I already felt that they disqualified me quickly because I said ‘no’. But, c’mon I had plenty of experience in inventory but it seems nowadays no one wants to train anyone a new skill along with the similar skills they have! It seems like they wanted a man who worked in a warehouse for years to be honest. Also the job was extremely far from me and the address was not stated in the job description. I received a rejection letter about 2 weeks after. I’m glad I didn’t get it, it seems like a mess. I will not be applying to any other positions in the future.
