Interview
Great tie to social media. I was able to locate the position via LinkedIn.
I was originally contacted from the hiring manager who talked to me about my background and experience. Next I met in person with the hiring manager and other leaders from Myriad. My last interview was with Area Director.

"Honest Review: I had a great experience at first — a smooth HR screen and an engaging interview with the hiring manager. I was genuinely excited about the mission at Myriad and felt the position was an excellent fit. Unfortunately, after a major family tragedy (the passing of my mother), I had to ask to reschedule my next interview. Both HR and the hiring manager were initially understanding, and I appreciated that compassion in the moment. Once my personal affairs were settled, I reached out — professionally and multiple times — to reconnect and move forward in the process. I never received a response from anyone. Weeks later, I noticed the position was reposted, and my profile now shows “no longer being considered.” There was no courtesy email, no communication, nothing. Everyone deserves the basic respect of a follow-up, especially after investing time and energy into interviews. If a company doesn’t show courtesy and communication during the hiring process, it raises concerns about how they treat employees once hired. I was truly drawn to Myriad’s mission and culture, so this was disappointing. Based on my experience — and after reading other reviews — I would advise applicants to approach with realistic expectations regarding communication and transparency."

Interview
Unprofessional and lengthy process. I believe I had 5-6 interviews in total. Multiple teams interviews, One where I had to perform a sales call on 3 products in 20 min. I made it to the offer stage, The recruiter called me telling me about the offer, and set up yet another interview with the regional sales director for the same day. Only to be told via email later in the day they were not going to extend an offer. They couldn’t even pick up a phone to call in person. Very unprofessional experience.
Microsoft teams good cop/bad cop routine One seemed totally disingenuous and uninterested Didn’t really click with either as the had a superiority complex I felt Feel like I dodged a bullet here
