No interview. I was offered the job when I was student. I worked initially as lab assistant and took exams of certificates. After that company offered me instructor position. I did not expected to stay with company very long but Covid epidemic changed my plans.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MyComputerCareer
Interview
Interviewed with multiple people, including the Executive Director of Education . Each person seemed to have scripted questions. Once the scripted questions were completed, the interview became very friendly.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult. The questions were fair. They clearly want to make sure that the candidate will fit within their structure.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MyComputerCareer (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2017
Interview
Phone interviee with technical recruiter. second interview with technical instructor. Campus interview with campus staff. That's as far as I made it but there would have been one more final. The recruiting director is very friendly and genuine. He wants to hire the "best of the best" so don't expect that you'll breeze through the interviews. If you're not prepared, they will sniff it right out. Also, do your research on the company. Recruiter wants to know how much you know about them. One of the more difficult processes I've been through in my career and I've worked for Microsoft and IBM. Seem to be a family oreinted culture and I'm disappointed that I didn't get to show them my skills.
