Applied online, invited to do short aptitude test online about company values / own values. Then attended assessment centre in Dublin which involved:
- Networking
- Group activity building a structure
- Interview with 2 company people

There was a phone interview first and followed by a whole day assessment day. It was really difficult arranging things over the phone but once I got in contact with them everyone was really nice and easy to talk to
