It was a long process. I was interviewed by a lot of people including the CEO. I've never interviewed for a company that took the referrals so seriously. My referrals told me later MuleSoft asked a lot of questions regarding my accomplishments. Also, when I was on the fence about coming on board they offered me to come in and work for a week as a contractor to see if it was a good fit both ways. That blew me away.
