Phone screen by recruiter and then a hiring manager phone screen. I was told by the hiring manager I would get a phone screen with higher up and got an auto reject letter a week later. Asked the recruiter what was up and go no response. Left a bad impression of the company.
So sorry we didn't get back to you as we promised. That was our mistake, and not a reflection of our intentions as we strive for the best candidate experience. We do appreciate you taking the time to get to know us a bit and wish you luck.
Okay, very interested in knowing my drive and reasons behind applying. Multiple in-person interviews sequentially, mostly behavioural, one mock phone call scenario - focused on gatekeepers and cold calling etc
Okay interview process, had several rounds in a day, focus was very much on money motivation, fewer professional competency questions. Overall an okay experience, not necessarily a bad one. Had phone call screen and in person session
They make you do a pointless exercise where it involves learning their platform and presenting it back.
This is so time intensive and High level of effort for candidates.
On top they judge you then based on your proficiency of their platform. How can you be expected to be an expert at something you have just looked at?
Totally unfair and designed to set you up for failure. I'm glad I didn't end up working for such a clueless organisation.
