Exceedingly slow and oddly insular. My HR contact was very junior and remarkably disengaged. After 3 interview rounds over three months, I assumed I was ghosted. Then, a week after accepting another position, I received a rejection email. My impression was that marketing execs were confused about their brand; they did not understand cross-channel activation, and they were notably misaligned on the web channel. My take-away is that the company is in dire need of concerted brand leadership.
