Phone interview then an invitation to the assessment center after 2 weeks. The latter interview lasts a few hours including sessions for group discussions and personality questions. In the group discussion, everybody was given a report to bargain for their budget next year.

One with HR and another with a trader working for Morgan Stanley. First was competency based whilst the second focuses more on technical knowledge. Both assess motivation for the role.
