Please read the afore mentioned descriptions. These people are flaky and unprofessional and demand high expectations for an in person interview and text a cancellation the day before with no explanation. I would not trust an "organization" like this.

Over the phone inquiry - why do you want to leave your current job?

Interview
Insists on in person interviews even though it easily could be done in a call. It was revealed that they offer a very low salary ($30k) and I'm not even sure about benefits. Didn't give off a feeling that they will value their employees.

What do you think non profit's biggest challenge is?
I had a call over the phone (not a zoom call) as the first round of interviews and it was very easy and to the point. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and friendly.
