First interview is with HR, they look at your CV, tell you a bit more about the company and benefits etc. After successfully completing interview with HR, you will then be interviewed by the respective Head of Department that the job is for. Both interviews lasted about an hour each. Thereafter if successful with the Head of Department, you are reached out to by an HR representative

My interview process was lengthy, consisting of three interviews. However, after that, I was left hanging with no feedback - neither an offer nor a rejection. I waited for weeks, and when I followed up, I received no replies, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
