process was quick and easy to get through. interviewers were friendly and interviews felt more like a conversation, was not very formal. overall enjoyed the hiring process and decisions were given quickly

Interview started after I was shortlisted from a career fair meeting. It was followed by a teams call of over 300 candidates getting oriented and speed interviewed for three interview rounds.

Mostly behavioral and some basic questions on electric machines(for the role) and other rounds had some questions on resume and electric inverters/drives

Initial long interview, then shorter interviews with different department managers a week after the long interview. The interviews had a very good length. Most of the interviews were very good at asking questions.
