Before interviewing for this Company, I did some research and found many negative reviews about the interviewing/on-boarding process. I was still optimistic that my experience would be better than the ones I read because the recruiter did a good job at communicating with me to setup my phone screen and in-person interview. After meeting with members of the HR team 6 weeks ago, I have yet to hear feedback from the Company. There has been no offer or notification that they moved on with other candidates, so I'm still not exactly sure what the status of my application is. I find that quite disappointing because I admired the Company and its work. As an HR professional, I find the lack of communication unacceptable and unprofessional. Moving forward, I would advise that the HR team tighten up their interviewing process to improve the candidate's experience and ensure that both parties walk away with mutual respect.
