The Assistant Manager who hired me was nice and friendly he no longer worked their that year. We went to the break room for the interview. The interview was fairly fast they gave you a sheet of paper to fill out a couple of questions about yourself ask if you have any crafting or hobbies. They really want to hear they your great with people. Also walking and a fast worker. You are walking all day around to store and you have to be fast and help as many costumers. Costumers find it hard to find items there are alot of little things in the store that are hard to find. Glue guns, glue sticks, glitter and Styrofoam are asked where are the located alot.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
