Interview
Around 15 mins with a store manager and was at the store. I made out an application did this on line. I was very comfortable and was able to do it after my normal school hours so I felt that they would be very accommodating. Questions were not hard and had to do with how I liked the store and how familiar I was with the store.

What kind of work experience I had. Did I like people? What did I find interesting about retail?
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
