I was first contacted by the Director of Logistics out of Louisiana by phone. I enjoyed the interview and thought it went very well. It was as we were face to face in person discussing the position which was being applied. We talked about the roles of which the position is required and my background of my experience in the aviation industry. My second interview was with the gentleman based in Show Low. Also, a great experience with them going over the roles of which they would like me to oversee and accomplish to day to day basis. I was shown their facility and given a nice tour to give me an insight of their operation.

The interview process was professional and to the point. Interviewer gave me plenty of time to explain my experience and fully answered all of my questions. The questions asked pertained directly to the position I was being interviewed for.
