After a short e-mail questionnaire, I had a video call of an hour with a team member from the BI team, the call lasted approx. an hour. A few days later I was contacted to schedule an interview on-site in FB Dublin. The interview consisted of 3 short interviews with different team members on different topics.

Question 1
Tell us about an unpleasant situation in your workplace.
Absolutely horrendous! Unresponsive recruiter despite applied via referral. Had a screening call with the recruiter whom promised to be in touch after sharing my profile, after which was radio silence. Despite me following up twice; a week after and two weeks after, the recruiter just didn't have the courtesy to respond.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Austin, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was referred through a FB employee. Then I had a phone interview with a recruiter to check my background and resume. Then phone interview with someone from the BI team to check to see if they want to bring you in for an in-person interview. Then in-person interview was in Austin, TX, but the position was in Seattle.
Four 45 min in-person interviews in Austin. Each interviewer asked almost the same questions. 2 out of the 4 interviewers seemed tired and were yawning the entire time and seemed not to care. The other 2 interviewers were nice and interested.
