It was online with a panel of staff from a team. They asked many questions that required answers using the STAR method, and staff jumped around to pose questions to the interviewer.

Question 1
What is something about yourself that is not on your application?
One round phone screening and second round teams online meeting. Only asked behavioral questions. I also recommend to use the star method. You can also look up the questions online to practice.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Merck (Rahway, NJ)
Interview
Three interviews, with the hiring manager, other managers and the director, all scheduled together at the beginning before meeting anyone. There were two people in each round. They were nice and kind.
