I applied online through the Memorial Care careers website. After 3 weeks, I received an email on a Wednesday from the hiring manager asking if I can come for a scheduled interview on Friday that same week. Mine was a one-on-one interview and was asked about myself along with a few other questions; how committed will I be to this organization, why I chose this hospital, why I wanted to be a nurse, etc. I was also asked to relax a bit in the beginning cause I guess I looked pretty nervous haha (I thought I was quite calm and collected but maybe not).
