A 10-15 min phone screen was conducted. They called me in for an in-person interview at the Doubletree hotel in NYC. As I sat waiting, I saw 4 others waiting as well. I was a bit confused because they told me the interview would last about 2 hours - how could 4 people be interviewing at the same time for a 2 hour interview? Unknowing to me, they bring me into a room with the 4 other people, and across the table sat 6 people from Meltwater. That started a barrage of questions and speeches/pitches that almost felt like a Battle Royale/Hunger Games/death to the finish match. After the 2 hour ordeal, I went home and was immediately called by the interview panel. She asked me how I thought the interview went. I answered and then she told me they are going to look elsewhere. Honestly felt like they were messing with my head. The worst interview of my life. Questions weren't hard, but they definitely have a way of making you feel not worth of their "team".
