Procedure started with a screening telephone conversation with HR. Then I was invited for an interview on site. The conversation went well, but I had a feeling that it wouldn’t turn into anything. Medpace took a long time to let me know that I wasn’t selected for another interview.

Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

How my project based coursework would help me handle priorities and daily workload

Interview
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
