I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace in Dec 2022
Interview
I went through a recruitment agency that set me up with an initial phone screen at Medpace. Then I had a 1 hour interview with a hiring manager and HR rep. Next there was a 1.5 hour CRA mock visit/assessment where you reviewed materials and provided a list of actions. Next was an offer. Process took about 2-3 weeks.

Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Medpace (London, England)
Interview

HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
